According to the Department of Energy, LED (light-emitting diode) is one of today's most energy-efficient and rapidly-developing lighting technologies.

LED Maintenance
LED lighting is both energy efficient and long lasting making it a smart investment. We can help maintain your investment.
In addition to performing LED retrofits, we offer LED maintenance.
LED's are designed to last a lifetime or about 50,000 hours average*.
This lifespan is given with an average usage time per day specified by the manufacturer using specific temperatures, current, and voltage that can be overlooked and then exceeded, shortening the lifespan of the LED. Because we do want them to last their lifetime, we offer maintenance.
Inspections: Inspections are designed to be proactive in recognizing and documenting an issue, using warranty for repair or repairing using our resources - when a light isn't working well, we find out why.
Cleaning: LED lighting, just like other lamps, need to be kept clean. Dust and debris inside and outside can cause electrical shortages. Periodic cleaning during inspection extends their lifetime use.
Why would "maintenance-free" LED's need maintenance?
As with any electronics, failures are a given. Temperature, humidity, electrical power, voltage issues, surges, and failures stress LED luminaries. Stress on boards and connections, degradation of on board controls and optical components, or corrosion of gaskets or seals impact the lifetime of the LED.
